A review of interview techniques, professional protocol and career counseling will be provided. This is an excellent forum for those interested in pilot employment with a major airline or large corporate flight department.

We strongly encourage you to review pertinant material on the website before attending this seminar.
It is a review and practical application of what you have read -very interactive and directly involving you!
Interview Skills Review Seminar is presented in seven parts:

Simple Things You Can Do for Real Style Points
Résumé Critique
If you wish to have your résumé critiqued for style, content and applicability you MUST email it to ChecklistComplete.com at least one week prior to the seminar!
Mock Interview
Sit across from us at a table and be asked typical interview questions. Your responses, delivery and body language will be critiqued.
Simulator Checkride Overview/Preparation Ideas
Using Your CRM Skills in a Situation/Line Based Interview
Written Test Tips for Success
Discussion of best practices as well as behaviors to avoid when interviewing.

To get the most from your experience, you'll need to do some "homework":

Read pertinent web pages, with special emphasis on all "Interviewing" pages as well as "Networking", "Elevator Speech" and "Protocol" under Career Guidance.
Develop your "Sound Bite" and "Infomercial". We'll ask you to "Tell us about yourself" during the mock interview and we will have you briefly introduce yourself to all others in the room.
Prepare for this as if it were a real interview. Review our lists of common interview questions. We'll be asking you some.
Write down any questions you have about the process for us to answer.
Dress and groom as you would for a real interview if you wish to be critiqued. Otherwise, business casual dress is required.
Bring five copies of your résumé.
Bring paper and pen for taking notes.

* Non-Members are HIGHLY encouraged to join ChecklistComplete.com as the website provides the base knowledge you need to succeed in the interview process and get full benefit from the seminar.
Only current, active members receive the "Members" rate.
