You can have nearly immediate access to the site if you sign in using the same email address and password you gave PayPal. It takes a few minutes to process, but not long. You do not need to receive any communication from us that your account is active.

If you do not wish to use the same email address and password you gave PayPal, you may change either at any time after you have logged in on the Log In page.

As a courtesy, your Member ID and password will be sent to the same email address that you give PayPal. Save this email for reference so you don't forget your log in information. However, some email service providers block our Welcome Email as they think it is spam. (This is common with auto-generated email.) In this case, you may never receive it or you may be able to find it in your "Junk" or "Spam" folder on the web (not on your PC). See our Help/FAQ for more information.>
