ChecklistComplete.com is a subscription service similar to a magazine. We have two subscription choices:

• Monthly Subscription - payment is made via recurring billing of your PayPal account. This means you will be charged every month until you unsubscribe. Once you become a monthly subscriber, your price never changes. Please remember to cancel your membership through PayPal when you no longer need this service! See below for more details. Really... we mean it. Please cancel when you are through. There is no point in paying for something you don't need.
• Annual Membership - payment is made as a one-time charge through PayPal. You have access to the site for 365 days from the date the subscription is made. At the end of your year, the subscription terminates. As Annual Membership is not automatically renewed, annual subscribers wishing to resubscribe pay the rate in effect at the time of the resubscription.

ChecklistComplete.com members page is an electronic publication service available only to paying members in good standing.

Dues are based on a "flat-fee" model, entitling members to unlimited access (24 hours a day, seven days per week) and unlimited downloads. There are no per-download charges or per-minute charges you pay one simple price that covers everything!

ChecklistComplete.com is hereby authorized to draft or charge your PayPal account for membership purchase and dues-renewal (renewal is automatic for the original term upon expiration), until you provide notice of cancellation to PayPal or us no later than 10 days prior to expiration.

 

To unsubscribe or cancel:

To unsubscribe/cancel your membership it is best to do so through PayPal at http://www.paypal.com. Log in to your account, then click the "Details" link under the "Subscription Creation" entry on your activity log. You may have to view "All Activity" to see this. At the bottom of the "Subscription Creation" page, you will see a button that says "Cancel My Subscription". Click this and verify (do you really want to do this...) and the subscription is cancelled.

Paypal will notify us of your cancellation. Cancellations will take effect on the next billing cycle, so you will be able to continue to use it until the end of your month. You may also unsubscribe by contacting ChecklistComplete.com, however doing it through the server is less reliable and far more difficult. Really, the PayPal method is the easiest, most reliable, quickest and best for you and for us.

Billing Questions:

Since at this time, all of our billing is done through PayPal, please email PayPal directly as well as a courtesy copy ChecklistComplete.com.

Refund Policy:

We have a thirty day 100% money back guarantee if you can not or have not accessed our site (we can tell). We will return your initial subscription fee no questions asked. Refunds must be requested through ChecklistComplete.com.

Most people are honest and so this may not apply to you: Please note that trying to deny a valid charge through your bank or credit card company is fraudulent and is illegal. When we receive such disputes, this is our standard DISPUTE POLICY:

IF YOU TRY TO DISPUTE or DENY a valid charge, your PayPal account will immediately be added to a negative database. You certify that you are wholly liable for any false disclosures and responsible for any legal ramifications that may arise from the viewing, reading, or downloading of images or material contained within this service.

You certify that you are the legal holder of the PayPal account or any other financial device used to establish this membership.

You indemnify ChecklistComplete.com against any and all claims, and will not hold ChecklistComplete.com responsible for any legal ramifications that may arise as a result of fraudulent entry or the use of this service and material contained herein.

Any violation of the above copyrighted terms and agreement will be subject to a minimum $1000 fine PLUS Attorney's fees imposed by ChecklistComplete.com.

Finally, you hereby certify that you have read the above portion of this agreement in its entirety, agree to its conditions, are of legal age, and that it is not a violation of the law applying to your area of access to view the material contained within the ChecklistComplete.com members pages. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the member/subscriber and ChecklistComplete.com regarding the use of the Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings.

 

Modification of these terms and conditions:

ChecklistComplete.com shall have the right at any time to impose, change, or modify the terms and conditions applicable to User's use of this Web site, or any part thereof, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed to access or use.
